Booking Process
When you have confirmed your booking we will email you the payment details. You can pay by bank transfer or via Pay-Pal. A 20% deposit along with a 40€ registration fee should be paid in advance and no later than a calendar month before your course commences. We must receive full payment 15 days before the start of your course. Payment must include all bank transfer charges.
As an educational institution we choose to focus only on academic matters. Our tuition fees do not include accommodation. We can assist you with booking accommodation at a hotel to suit your taste and budget.
The type of visa you need depends on factors such as destination, length of course, type of course, and your nationality. For EU citizens a visa is not required.
It is strongly recommended that you visit the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs website for up-to-date information on visas:

Courses
Classes are held Monday to Friday, starting in the morning or afternoon depending on the course you have chosen. Most classes are held on our premises, however some classes also take place out of school!
Unlike other language schools which offer 45-minute lessons, lessons at Andrioti School are 50 minutes long and taken as double-classes. That means you take two 50-minute lessons with one teacher. Breaks in-between classes are 20 minutes long. Cultural courses timetable might alter slightly when an outing is scheduled.
You will take a placement test either before you arrive to Andrioti School or on your first morning in the school. Your level will be decided by the result of your test score.
You will learn from one or two teachers depending on the course you have chosen to attend. Our aim is for our students to feel comfortable and a constant change of teachers prevents this. However, for longer courses you might be taught by more teachers. This gives you more opportunity to be exposed to many accents of the language and keeps the classes interesting, too!
Our school has a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 14 students per class. However, there is the choice of one-to-one tuition or smaller groups.
Your lesson will be properly prepared by your teachers and Director of Studies. You can expect a lot of activities which involve speaking, listening, reading and writing. All lessons are topic based so that you learn the language in the correct context. This method makes learning more effective and it encourages you to speak more. Your teacher will make sure that your class is fun and that you feel comfortable, confident and motivated every day.
The minimum length of stay at Andrioti School is one week, two weeks for some of our summer courses. There is no maximum length of stay. We are here for as long as you need us!
Apart from top quality language lessons, you will receive all the material you need, internet access at school, access to our library (more than 400 titles!) extra activities & handouts, insurance and a school bag or hat!
Of course! As long as you have attended all of your classes and actively taken part in class, you will receive a certificate. The certificate also includes some useful notes by the teacher about your progress during the course so that you know what areas you need to work on further.
